Job Description

We are a contractor located in St. Catharines carrying on business in the commercial construction field as well as home servicing and retail. We have an immediate opening for a full-time bookkeeper. You will be responsible for the full accounting cycle of our company including A/R, A/P, payroll, general ledger, reconciliation of bank accounts, tax remittances, invoicing, monthly Union remittances, year end reports as well as various other functions within the company as required.


The successful candidate will have 5 years minimum experience in a full cycle bookkeeping position. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, reporting directly to the owner. Strong computer skills are a must and knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software and Easy Pay payroll is a definite asset.
