We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time 12-month contract,Bilingual Product Marketing Manager, (Affinity Marketing) who may work from our head office in Toronto or Ottawa Regional office.Reporting to the Director of Partnership Operations and Relations and working closely with our Marketing team, the role is focused on the development and marketing of CFIB’s Partnerships program offering in order to help increase members’ participation in those programs, promote the programs’ benefits to potential members and help grow CFIB’s membership.Key Responsibilities:Acquire expertise in CFIB partner products and become intimately knowledgeable in their markets, industries, competition as well as product features and benefits.Develop and position products to maximize member awareness and interest by utilizing member data, market research, and partner input to understand the member value proposition and key CTA’s Create compelling product content and communications for internal and external audiences including multi-channel initiatives in print, web, email, sales collateral, social media and events.Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, working with CFIB’s marketing team on targeting, segmentation, scheduling, tracking results and measuring successDevelop content and collateral for sales training initiatives and events working with CFIB’s sales teamsConduct market research on membership, loyalty and affinity marketing strategies and communications approaches and bring relevant insights to CFIB’s Partnership and Marketing teams.Qualifications:Strong background and knowledge of affinity and B2B marketing and communicationsBilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and FrenchA minimum 3 years of relevant product management or marketing experience Project coordination skills, ensuring successful development and execution of plansHigh energy and initiative, self-driven and resourceful with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.Proven ability to manage multiple products, projects, timelines and budgets Good understanding of the SMB market, issues and a passion for promoting Canadian small businessesPost-Secondary education in marketing, communication or related discipline Please note: this position is a full time, fixed-term contract maternity leave replacement for approximately one year, with the possibility of an extension.
