Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Support clients, carriers, and sales teams by providing phone/chat/email assistance relating to device errors, network communications, portal configurations & navigation, product implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of business writing, grammar and mechanics used in speaking and writing with customers and co-workers.
  • Customer feedback and follow-through

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and/or order entry
  • University or college degree mandatory
  • Must be fluently bilingual (will be tested)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
