Job Description

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills in English and French to join their team for a contract position. This role is starting as soon as possible with hours from 10:30am to 7:00pm. The successful individual would have 2-3 years of strong customer service and order management experience. They are located in the Vaughan/Concord area.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from French and English speaking customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure order issues are resolved.
  • Enter customer information and log calls.
  • Follow-up on any customer service inquiries.
  • Taking and entering order details into internal software.
  • Follow-up with and inform clients of any order delays or changes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be 100% fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
  • A strong team player, someone who is looking to be part of the team.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable completing a Criminal Background Check.
  • Strong Data Entry Scores and comfortable completing Testing.
