Job Description

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings.  They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

 

Contract: 1 year starting April 19. 2021

Location: Toronto, remote for now, candidate must be located in the GTA

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Position Overview

The Client Services Representative is accountable to manage all customer service inquiries. Customer service inquiries are received by phone calls and emails. Quality and professionalism are key when responding.

What you will achieve in this role:

• Providing accurate and professional service to clients by telephone or email
• Handling navigation queries for RIS system
• Responding to emails in timely manner (within 24 hours)
• Performing required administrative tasks for clients
• Understanding the impact of the movement of money within the organization
• Analyzing reports produced from RIS system to determine and locate any discrepancies
• Resolving client queries by creating tickets for each email and phone call
• Assigning tickets to developers and following up on resolved queries to close outstanding tickets
• Following up and keeping the client informed is key
• Processing client service requests according to established guidelines
• Following established procedures in all communications with clients – by phone and/or email – to ensure that compliance requirements are met for all scenarios
• Creating and maintaining computer records on all systems to ensure accuracy of client information

What you will bring to this role:

• Bilingual French / English

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Customer service experience, as client experience is the heart of everything we do!
• Communicating concisely with professionalism via phone and email
• Tech-savvy individual with strong computer and writing skills
• Previous experience in an analytical role
• Works independently with minimal support
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and take initiative
• Fast learner with the ability to multi-task

• High School Diploma or higher
• Experience is preferred over education
