Role DescriptionJoin our growing direct sales and service team.This position includes handling of direct sales and marketing activities related to the sales and service of our industry leading‎ Individual Health products. Customer Care Specialists provide prompt and courteous customer support to incoming inquiries from our current customer base as well as to new prospects wishing to purchase Individual Health coverage.Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 8am-6pm. Shift – 10:00 to 6:00pmStrong verbal and written communication skills are essential.‎ You will be accountable for:receiving and responding to incoming calls, emails and chats from prospects seeking to‎ purchase Individual Health productsproviding callers with quotes and reference material to help them determine the best solution for their personal needsproviding customer service support to existing customers- ongoing policy service items and questionsoutbound calls‎ to confirm missing information to expedite policy issue,maintaining internal database records‎.Qualifications:an active Life License or willingness to obtain a Life LicenseBilingual (French and English) requiredexcellent verbal and written communication skillsprofessional telephone manner with strong focus on customer serviceenjoy talking to a variety of people‎track record of being detail orientedorganized and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment‎ desire to constantly improve work environment and to grow personallyknowledge of Health Benefits preferred, but not requiredOur Story Canada Lifeis a leading insurance, wealth management and benefits provider focused on improving the financial, physical and mental well-being of Canadians.
