We are seeking a superstar Customer Service Specialist to ensure the fulfillment of customer requests and requirements. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow our business within Eastern Canada. As a key part of our sales organization, you will fulfill orders, provide logistics and sales support, and help our customers. If you have excellent communication skills both spoken and written in both English and French and superb organizational abilities, this position would be great for you. Customer Service Specialists Responsibilities: Creates and maintains strong customer and internal relationships. Communicates effectively with customers and internal teams. Provided data entry and minor accounting functions to support customer orders. Assists Territory Managers with inside sales support. Sells products and services. Keeps up to date with product and service information and updates. Identifies and resolves customer issues. Coordinates daily outbound logistics with operational teams to fulfill customer orders. Manages inventory stocking and forecasting through customer demand. Assists with other project work as needed when assigned. Requirements Combination of a diploma or degree or related education and experience. Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
