You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient processing of credit client files for both All- in-One banking product and mortgages.Our Sales & Marketing Support team members contribute both individually and collaboratively to generate new ideas and initiatives.What you will doProvide dedicated support to the Credit Planning ConsultantsManages and processes the flow of applications and changesCorrespond and facilitate the communication flow with Creditors, Clients and Advisors; provides exceptional client serviceResponsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship with external partners, underwriters and the Credit Planning ConsultantExemplifies superior communication skills to create clarity and efficiency in processContributes to a superior customer experience by negotiating and influencing the case outcome on the client’s behalf with external underwriting partnersWhat you will bringSolid understanding of mortgages and credit lending practices Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlinesHigh degree of professionalism and communication skills are requiredVery good/excellent level of knowledge with respect to credit and mortgages Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential communicationsStrong negotiation abilitiesEffective change management skillsPossesses the ability to work well within a diverse team environment in addition to working independently Post-secondary education in a business discipline or equivalent experienceProgressive, creative and established critical thinking skills with an aptitude for new ways of workingExperience working within a Mortgage Brokerage firm or the mortgage and credit services industry would be a definite assetBilingual English/French requiredBe your best at Canada Life- Apply todayWe are one of Canada”s top 100 employers!Canada Life serves the financial security needs of more than 13 million people across Canada, with additional operations in Europe and the United States.
