Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Admin / Receptionist to join our client's national team! You will be given an opportunity to learn and grow within the company!

Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service support over the phone; mainly inbound
  • Provides general administration support, including faxing, photocopying, filing and ordering supplies
  • Data entry on various systems including Excel worksheets
  • Be able to handle national inquires via phone or email in either French or English when other teams require additional assistance
  • Provide additional support to the administrative team as required

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years experience in administration or reception
  • Must be 100% fluent in both French and English
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
