Bilingual Accounting Clerk – Intermediate
Our client is a leading Canadian Bank. 
Start date: 7/25/2016 
Payrate: $15.75/hr-$16.97/hr
Contract Length: 6 Months (possibility of extension)
Daily Responsibilities:
• Conducting invoice reconciliations
• Entering the data into the system
• Reviewing the invoices to ensure proper completion and accuracy
• Entering supplier numbers and invoice numbers – suppliers : all external vendors – anything that falls outside of capital spend
• Managing quotas as required
Must Have Skills:
• Associate’s Degree in accounting
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in accounting with a strong focus on accounts payable
• Knowledge of Canadian taxes for each province
• Strong understanding of the tax applications within Canada and some Tax applications (HST, QST, etc).
• US tax – Non-resident etc. (only a basic understanding of these terms is required)
• Experience in a production environment
• Excellent Communication Skills in both English and French (Oral & Written)
• Strong Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have Skills:
• Understanding of invoice requirements and terminologies
• Previously worked within an ERP system
• Exposure to Coupa**
