Our team is passionate about sports, good times and creating a fun atmosphere for our guests. Open 7 days a week.

We are currently looking for a Bartender to join the Dublin Calling team in Vancouver.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers

Maintain efficient levels of beer/wine/spirits

Maintain a consistency of service

Interact with customers according to the company Steps of Services

Maintain bar checklists

Plan the bar menu and inform customers about new beverages and specials

Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations accordingly

ID All patrons who appear to be under legal drinking age

Maintain a clean working area

Comply with food and beverage regulations

Set up and restock bar inventory and supplies

Properly Handle Cash & credit card transactions

Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require

KEEPING SAFE:

We will provide you with all the personal protective equipment- masks, gloves and sanitizers

All colleagues will be required to attend a COVID-19 specific Health & Safety training session before attending their first shift

Mandatory social distancing measures on our venues

MUST-HAVES:

Have a valid Serving it right Certificate

Exceptional service skills

Effectively communicate orally and in writing

Commitment to quality guest service and hospitality

Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness

Ability to work in a team environment

Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
