Extremely RARE Opportunity: Automotive Specialist & Coach

 We prefer to have our candidate coming in not to have previous consulting experience. Our current demand requires that we grow our team with the best of the best. 

Expected Compensation: $100,000-$160,000 per year

Our unique breed of hands-on consulting & coaching, systems & strategies, & the “new” philosophies that we have developed and employed in building one-of-a-kind service departments, with industry revolutionizing potential, has created a huge need for like-minded Automotive Leadership Professionals to join our team.

We are searching for:

  • Those that desire to rise far above the fray, to exist & perform at a level that most idealize, but are rarely experienced in our industry.
  • This select individual will join us, as we help lead companies, leaders, & employees through an evolution of culture & mind, to the final destination of execution & results.
  • A candidate with proven success as a service manager or fixed ops director with 5 years of management or coaching experience
  • The ability to communicate at an extremely high level using all mediums
  • A candidate who has a flexible schedule and is able to travel 3 weeks out of the month
