Prince Albert is considered the “Gateway to the North” and is home to a huge wealth of lakes, forests, and wildlife. This is an amazing opportunity for an outdoor enthusiast.We are looking for an experienced Collision Centre Manager to join our growing team. We will also consider an experienced Production Manager or Estimator that is ready to take the next step in their successful career! You will play a crucial role in leading the team of associates who facilitate the completion of work required to reunite clients with repaired or restored vehicles. Leveraging your extensive leadership skills and knowledge of the vehicle repair process, you will be accountable for meeting the collision center-s annual financial performance goals.Your Key Manage day-to-day business operations to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categoriesOversee workflow within the collision center to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency.Celebrate team successes and cultivate a positive culture of excellenceProvide constructive coaching, feedback and communicate department goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success.Hire, train and manage collision center associate performanceOwn providing exceptional customer service to our valued clientsManage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealershipsMonitor accounts receivable (AR) and collects funds for repair work.Write estimates and provide ongoing coaching to the estimating team.Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters at several insurance companiesYour Capabilities and CredentialsMinimum of 2 years- experience as a Collision Centre Manager or experience in a Production Manager or Estimator role.Post-Secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset.Excellent verbal/written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makers.Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent skills in word, excel, and PowerPoint.
