Successful candidates will have research experience on the topic of multinational diversification and teaching experience in international business at the graduate level and expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses (PhD, Master of Management, and MBA), submit scholarly works to high quality journals, and provide service to the university and within the profession.Candidates must have:A doctorate in Business AdministrationSeveral years of academic experienceA strong record of research in international business and strategy, with publications in high-impact refereed journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies; this record should be commensurate with someone at the advanced assistant professor level (minimum of 5 top journal publications)Demonstrated experience in graduate- and undergraduate-level teachingA demonstrated affinity with the practice of international business strategyDemonstrated experience providing academic service.The normal teaching load in the Haskayne School of Business is two courses per semester (four per year).
