About this opportunity
What you will do
Participate in the definition of solutions, also acts as an application specialist
Ensure the alignment of systems (PeopleSoft & other systems, interfaces, etc.) to business needs, considering the challenges and priorities of the company
Participate in the implementation of organizational changes in line with the strategic vision
Ensure an efficient development process with a reference framework of the Agile methodology.
Provide an advisory role and technical and functional expertise.
Improve the functionality of the application as well as its ease of use;
Responsible for the analysis of options for the implementation of new features, improvements and fixes.
Participate in the definition of processes
Translate business and customer requests into technical specifications.
Carry out the necessary configuration of the selected modules;
Write and ensure the updating of functional documentation and functional analysis files;
Build and perform functional tests, integrated tests, and regression tests;
When the situation requires it, provide the required assistance to users
Analyze problems submitted by users and find potential or alternate solutions
Support users in developing reports
Ensure close contact with solution providers to ensure optimal use
Working in an agile methodology and being part of the implementation team, ensure the development, maintenance and support and evolution of the PeopleSoft Finance application, in particular
Coordinate application projects
Assist operations in application development
Take charge of application projects, complete them
Take part in internal meetings in order to identify and propose improvement initiatives
What you offer
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing corporate applications
Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating / delivering projects in a work team
Strong analytical skills and excellent ability to interpret data
Ease of adapting to the level of customer expertise
