Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property. The BI Campaign Strategy & Execution team is seeking a dynamic, innovative and strategic analyst to develop dashboards and perform analyses to drive acquisition and increase loyalty/ retention. Reporting directly to BI Campaign Analytics Manager, the ideal candidate is an experienced database marketer, with direct marketing and channel experience. They need to be capable of interpreting results and data to generate insight and formulating concepts and campaigns to deliver results. They are strategic and analytical with the ability to think outside the box and drive new unique approaches. It’s imperative that the candidate is proactive and continuously seeking new opportunities to improve targeting to drive increased loyalty/ retention, and enhanced client experience with a keen focus on performance measurement. The high performing individual needs to have demonstrated success with influencing and delivering results with cross-functional business units. Key Responsibilities: Create automated and ad-hoc reports to analyze campaign performance and gain insights Process improvement – identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, product, pricing, customer loyalty, channel and IT to support campaign execution end to end Identify targeting strategies enabling new opportunities to drive wireless acquisition Work hand in hand with product and pricing teams to create attractive, relevant and cost effective offers Actively contribute to the overall marketing planning cycle Data analysis – Analyze data to provide insight for opportunities for campaigns Data mining– Ability to retrieve data and identify data errors/gaps in the data sources Campaign management – Provide guidance for campaign targeting of marketing programs, particularly the use of control groups and related post-analysis Effectively communicate and present results to key stakeholders Collaborate with business, third party and IT staff on complex data delivery solutions Essential Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in business/commerce, engineering, mathematics or other quantitative fields 2+ years of experience in a database marketing/ analytics role Strong SQL skills (Teradata SQL preferred) Experience in creating BI reports/dashboards (Tableau, Microstrategy) and conduct deep-dive analysis Effective process/project management skills and the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders. Solid problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to get things done Strong analytical skills in order to be able to interpret data and generate new actionable insights Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Telecommunication or consulting is an asset Knowledge of statistics Experience with IBM Campaign (Unica) or alternative campaign automation solution Bilingualism is an asset (English and French) #EmployeeReferralProgram #ProgrammeRecommandationEmployes Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
