Administrator, HR Are you someone who is organized and possesses a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection? Do you have great attention to detail, checking if all information provided are correct and accurate? Are you someone who can keep track on schedules? As the Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Team Leader, Data Admin and hold the critical role of providing day-to-day support. This role requires a team player who can manage all of the administrative aspects that come with supporting a busy executive in a call center environment. â¯ You will have an opportunity to:â¯ Assist all initiatives pertaining to program activities of HR Maintain and update HR Trackers Complete safekeeping of all confidential correspondence and files Maintain 201 file management- Physical and Electronic Request system accesses Generate administrative reports needed in Operations or other Departments Partner closely with the Administrative Assistants, Receptionists, Recruitment Administrators, and Training Coordinators to ensure smooth administrative operations across the organization Complete ad-hoc requests, as required â¯ You will be a great fit on our team if…â¯ Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast-paced and stressful environment Outstanding written and verbal English communication Proficient in MS applications Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals Independent and proactive Over 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, and/or executive assistant role will be an asset Willing to work at our San Mateo site Willing to work full-time in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required) Quantrics is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment where all employees and customers feel valued, respected, and supported.
