Our government client is seeking an Adminstrative Assistant
Experience in providing administrative support services, such as filing, processing data and maintaining records.
Experience in answering a multi-line phone in a management environment.
Experience using a computer to create documents and or reports.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and a email/calendar system, such as Outlook or Lotus Notes.
Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating administrative tasks and activities in an office environment.
Ability to schedule meetings with both internal and external participants.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to assess problem and propose effective solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively orally.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
