Our government client is seeking an Adminstrative Assistant

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing administrative support services, such as filing, processing data and maintaining records.
  • Experience in answering a multi-line phone in a management environment.
  • Experience using a computer to create documents and or reports.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and a email/calendar system, such as Outlook or Lotus Notes.
  • Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating administrative tasks and activities in an office environment.
  • Ability to schedule meetings with both internal and external participants.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to assess problem and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
