Organization and responsibility of the position:

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Plan inspection schedules,
• Write official visitation emails ,
• Respond to calls from members, as well as individuals,
• Manage inspectors’ expense sheets,
• Scan internal or member documents,
• Customer service,
• Provide administrative support to members of his department,
• Related duties that relate to the position.

• You have experience in a similar position
• You have great communication skills,
• You are very comfortable with computers (pack office)
