This is a very well-rounded role with a diverse range of admin tasks that would be well-suited to an AA with at least 5 years’ experience, who has an interest in corporate environmental responsibility. The position will be supporting an Environmental Programs department, so a background in sustainability/environment would be a definite asset but is not required. Key ResponsibilitiesSetting up and coordinating virtual meetingsPreparing, editing and proofing correspondence and reports, following templates and standardsExtensive file managementTracking items in MS ExcelPreparing and maintaining recordsOutlook calendar managementProcessing expense reportsAd hoc projectsQualificationsYou will be working alongside a group of scientists, so it is critical that you are very attentive to details, extremely well-organized and resourceful, with good analytical skills. Also in your skillset – strong experience working with financials, including budgets, accruals, invoicing, preparing expense reports and account reconciliations. The ability to track down information and tie up the loose ends is important, as this individual deals with a high volume of invoices.Your several years of current administrative experience includes strong MS Office proficiency, fast & accurate keyboarding of at least 60 wpm and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Another key to this role?
