Organize, and Maintain appropriate files and documents Maintain training manuals with updated processesPrepare and send statements to customersContact customers on past due balances as per Company policiesManage and monitor assigned accounts Perform Account reconciliations as neededInvestigate deductions for validity and accuracyMaintain and update dispute management system on investigation Obtain approval to close out dispute Contact customer for unauthorized amountsPost-secondary degree or diploma with a concentration on accounting/finance or related disciplineIntermediate to advanced MS Office skills especially Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills.
