Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Prepare general ledger
• Prepare journal entry
• Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Invoice clients
• Perform general office duties
• Prepare bank reconciliations

This job may require:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Business diploma or higher in accounting or finance
• 1-3 years’ experience

Competencies:
• Experience with MS office and accounting software
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and organization
• Word processing and data entry skills
