Our client a leading company is seeking an Bookkeeper to join their growing team.

Qualifications:

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Perform all Data Entry required
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Bookkeeping of Payables and Receivables
• Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Assist in other areas as required and directed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an office administrator , office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles, particularly Bookkeeping
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• College Diploma in Office Administration Bookkeeping Certification
• Level 3 CGA is ideal
• Proven ACCPAC experience
