Accounting Administrator – 3 month contract
Leading Automotive Manufacturing is looking for an Accounting Admin ( 3 month contract)
Details:
– salary is base on your experience
– Over 40 hours per week, job start immediately!
-Hours 8am-5pm 
Job requirements:
Review of outstanding invoice payments
Analysis of contracts
Collection efforts (low volume, but high complexity)
Coordination of some subcontractors
Other duties related to contract administration
The skill set our Controller was hoping for includes:
College degree in finance / accounting / administration
Experience in customer account management/collection
Good understanding of order taking, sales, AR aging (O2C workflow)
 3 to 5 years’ experience
Solid English communication skills
Solid foundation of computer skills including outlook email / excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Strong sense of urgency – meeting deadlines and completion of work at a fast pace
Excellent attention to details – able to focus on details, error proof work, double check date to ensure accuracy
Strong computer skills and comfort in using Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, outlook, etc
Working Location: Concord ( Keele and Langstaff)
