Technology is just our tool. The Role RedMane has a full-time Toronto, Ontario based opportunity for an experienced Account Executive as we continue to grow our Canadian practice. The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining sales opportunities ranging from efficient implementations of packaged solutions with recurring revenue to larger multiyear, multi-million-dollar projects. A proven record of working with the Government of Ontario and experience working within Social Services is a significant benefit to the role. Skills & Role Requirements The Account Executive must have proven success in selling professional services and solutions and must be able to do the following to qualify. Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships by visiting prospective clients to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales. Contact current and potential customers to promote products or services based on customer needs. Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders. Negotiate prices or terms of sales and service agreements. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work. Must have a positive Can Do attitude and be comfortable in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Strong and versatile problem-solving abilities. Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative from a broad set of directions. Ability to sell new technology solutions which have a high degree of growth potential. Recognize that with rapid growth comes unique opportunities and challenges and be able to thrive in an often-unstructured environment.
