What the role is all about

You will research and learn the B2B and B2C assigned industries, identify channels for new business development, formulate strategy with your sales and marketing leaders, prospect and mine for decisions makers, pitch and sell to the world's top professionals, close and manage up to one million dollars in new accounts and build relationships within in North America. We will provide you with comprehensive ongoing training to familiarize you with our products and sales process. From there, your success will be driven by your personal motivation, persistence, and ability to inspire top executives from industry vendors and suppliers into action.

Key Responsibilities

Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, appointment driving for executive sales team, as well as proposal creation and conversion for new product sets

Is responsible for developing and growing accounts & territory, building longstanding relationships with potential and new customers

Accurately updates and utilizes the CRM system, to track all sales activities

Meets or exceeds quota goals in an assigned market as part of the Sales Team.

Ensures sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually as well as exceeds activity for scheduled calls, opportunities added, net new accounts and solutions sold.

Effectively leverages internal resources (EVP, GM Sales, Technical Consultants, Solution Specialists, Marketing Specialists) and local resources to drive transactional volume

Collaborates with GM, Sales and Team to develop territory plan to identify key target markets and plans internal sales campaigns to drive demand for company services

Builds and develops relationships and maintains contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, basic and complex issue resolution

Maintains working knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position Amazing Agencies products effectively with customers.

Who are you?

Hopefully you have real B2B Inside Sales Experience with a general understanding of content creation. You are familiar with one of our core industries and have had exposure to media sales. You enjoys prospecting and you can communicate well

You are comfortable having strategic conversations that build relationships over phone

Ability to write or assemble effective proposals using our internal tools.

Social and email savvy

Knowledge of self/time management
