Job Description

AB Admin Support Staff needed!

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing medicals and CNR's to determine type and extent of injuries
  • Liaising with clients, lawyers and adjusters
  • Making sure that new referrals are processed in a timely manner
  • Booking appointments, confirming transportation and translation services and reconfirming appointments
  • Prepare medical briefs and list of questions to be sent to doctors for assessments
  • Making sure all deadlines are met

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Multidisciplinary Assessment Centre
  • Proficiency using Universal Software/HCAI
  • Knowledge of SABS legislation
  • Understanding of Minor/Non-Minor/Catastrophic injuries
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
