We are looking for a detail oriented, relationship-building marketer to help standardize and grow content for Account Based Marketing. The primary responsibility is to define the content management strategy and execute to drive exceptional business results. We’re using a new system and it has grown organically. You will be the sherpa to navigate to new heights. This role reports to the ABM Practice senior manager. Responsibilities Solidify the strategy Define roles and responsibilities between marketing and sales Document use case processes to form global standards– work with Marketing Operations and Technology (MOT) to ensure these are technically supported Establish content governance and classification Manage and organize content, board delivery, creation of templates and channels Track usage, analyze needs and consumption. Develop digital asset lifecycle for production, updates, and archiving Follow established branding and style guidelines Identify new opportunities and address challenges Maintain open communications with marketing, sales and MOT Lead role in managing cross functional core team Minimum Qualifications Detail oriented Digital literacy and technology experience Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication 3-5 years relevant experience in digital and/or content marketing The Ideal Candidate Experience with content management, including Folloze or similar Familiarity with curation methods such as collaborative filtering, semantic analysis, and/or social rating Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work Extraordinary collaboration and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams
