The successful candidate will be a key member of the Credit and Collections Team within Shared Services which is responsible for Collecting over $2.0B in receipts annually.Provide accurate and timely completion of tasks Respond to service support requests/inquires Serve as a primary contact for role Liaise with various internal/external stakeholders as required to ensure smooth management of the process Contribute to monthly and annual review process. Organize, and Maintain appropriate files and documents Maintain training manuals with updated processesPrepare and send statements to customersContact customers on past due balances as per Company policiesManage and monitor assigned accounts Perform Account reconciliations as neededInvestigate deductions for validity and accuracyMaintain and update dispute management system on investigation Obtain approval to close out dispute Contact customer for unauthorized amountsPost-secondary degree or diploma with a concentration on accounting/finance or related disciplineIntermediate to advanced MS Office skills especially Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills.
