If you require an accommodation, please contact the Human Resources Department and we will work with you to meet your needs.The IAQ & Duct Cleaning Tech is responsible for providing air duct cleaning services to our customers; stocking needed supplies and maintaining company vehicle while adhering to industry and company safety practices.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Cleans Air Ducts in the customers homeEvaluates Work Area”s Air Quality and sells appropriate products (furnace filters, etc) for the overall improvement of Indoor Air QualityFollow safe driving policies of a company vehicleExplains and sells as many additional services as the customer may need or desireEnsures that all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completedEnsures the work area is left clean and tidyCompletes and reviews the job with the customer, for satisfaction and secures payment for serviceReturns all equipment to the truck and secures it for trip to next assigned appointmentTelephones the next customer to alert them of time of arrivalCompletes all paperwork accurately and thoroughly and turns in all invoices, payments and charges to designated personPerforms other duties as assigned
