Dynacare Insurance Solutions is currently searching for a Tele-Interviewer, to join our team in GTA, Ontario. This is a Full-time position, working Tuesday to Friday, from 12:30pm to 9:00pm & Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm or Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 9:00pm.Under the immediate supervisor, the Tele-Interviewer works within a call center and collaborates with a team in ensuring that a high level of customer service for our clients in the insurance industry is delivered. The selected candidate will beresponsible for:Conducting medical questionnaires over the phone with clients of insurance providers in a thorough and precisemannerProviding excellent customer service and respond to queries and take appointments in a professional and courteous mannerFollowing-up with clients to update missing medical information in files while respecting confidentiality of sensitive and private informationWorking in a team to reach the performance goals of the departmentMust have:College diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences) or post-secondary educationMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer serviceBilingual (French and English) written and spokenDemonstrated interest in medical field or health sciencesDemonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate levelNice to have:Experience in a medical work environment an assetWorking knowledge of medical terminology an assetOther languages an assetMust enjoy learning continuouslyDNA of an Ideal Dynacare EmployeeI make a difference in people’s lives.
