The mission 80’s for this role, are:Provides technical support to internal and external clients, including but not limited to field engineers, technicians, clients, sales, trainers and install specialistsTroubleshoots and resolves issues related to Audatex software and hardware and contribute to internal KnowledgebaseActively obtains training on additional products, sometimes independentlyAdditional responsibilities of the role include:Displays understanding of Solera principlesSuccessfully reaches TSR2 prior to consideration for TSR3Serves as a mentor for incoming TSRsQualifies as KCS2, verify, score and improve knowledgebase submissions by all TSRs.Acts as an SME in one or more products or processes.Are You Qualified? Complete one full year of employment as a Technical Support Rep while meeting or exceeding all metrics and goals.High School Degree or equivalent required; College or technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferredDemonstrated proficiency in TSR3 product offerings1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment1-2 years or help desk or technical support experience preferredKnowledge of Windows Operating systemsKnowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to install and troubleshoot softwareAbility to install and configure hardware at the board levelAbility to install and troubleshoot TCP/IPExcellent written and oral communication skillsNetworking experience preferredOur SpaceWe believe that offices should be destinations where people want to be… places where people want to work, play and, collaborate.
