To do so, we need to attract the best talent in the market As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will contribute to building strong teams that will help the company pursue its objectives with in a dynamic and highperformance environment As a bonus, what could be better for a talent acquisition professional than to work for one of Canadas & Montreals top employers of 2018 The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a strategic role in the attraction and selection of the best talent in order to meet our Canadian organizations functional and strategic objectives, while working closely with the HR team for our Van Houtte Coffee Services Division, and the Talent Acquisition global team. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage the Van Houtte Coffee Services division recruitment mandates across Canada and accompany managers throughout the entire recruiting process. This person will act as an internal expert on talent attraction and selection and will be an ambassador of the employer brand with candidates. You will be responsible to: Manage the entire recruitment process and define the related strategies for the assigned requisitions; Utilize diverse recruiting methods, including social media, networking, database searches and direct sourcing strategies to attract the best talent; Work closely with the Human Resources Business Partners and play an advisory role with hiring managers to understand their short and longterm talent needs and define talent strategies accordingly; Act as resource person and internal expert in talent acquisition, train and coach hiring managers on recruitment and candidate experience best practices; Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every step of the recruiting process; Represent the company at recruitment events and participate in networking activities to increase employer brand awareness in Canada; Contribute to Talent Management strategies on campus through the development and execution of programs, such as internships and the rotational program. Develop lasting relationships with universities and technical schools and drive the employer brand image in events; Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and tools; be abreast of recruitment best practices and market/industry trends; Manage candidate pools to maintain engagement and interest over time through relationship building and a strong, positive candidate experience; Participate actively in Talent Acquisition and HR related projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration (HR or Marketing) or related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience; Six (6) + years of relevant experience in recruiting, with a focus in corporate recruiting; Fully bilingual (French and English) is essential, written and spoken; Excellent knowledge of recruiting technologies (Taleo or other ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, social media, etc.); Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques; Competencies and abilities: Strong interest towards proactive talent search and networking; demonstrated sourcing skills; Initiative and creativity pertaining to recruitment techniques and strategies; Strong peopleoriented approach (candidates and internal clients); Ability to advise and influence key stakeholders of different levels within the organization; Proven ability to work in a dynamic industry with fastpace activities; Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships and ability to work in a team; Business acumen; ability to gather realtime information pertaining to the market and industry; Resultoriented with focus on performance indicators; Capacity to be an excellent company ambassador This person will be part of a dynamic and passionate team within an evolving organization.
