Join our Journey!Responsibilities:Operate AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation to create drawings with layers, referenced drawings and labelsWork to the CADD standards using a consistent approach across all project deliverablesProduce high-quality CADD outputs ensuring that they are subject to appropriate quality checks prior to submission to the delivery teamCollaboratively work with the transportation engineering team to ensure the CADD standards and interim and final schedule expectations are clearly defined and understoodSupport transportation projects execution with a team of professional engineers and specialists from various disciplinesMaintain current knowledge in the CADD industryMinimum QualificationsAssociated degree or technical degree in drafting, engineering technology or related educationProficiency in AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation5-7 years of experience in structural drafting3-5 years of experience working on bridge/structural projects in the Greater Toronto area.Capable of recognizing discrepancies with strong attention to detailEffective communicator with the ability to work across multiple disciplinesPreferred QualificationsGeneral knowledge of engineering principles and materials for civil/structural work preferredLife at Gannett FlemingFor more than100 years, we’ve been a leader in global infrastructure solutions with a focus on planning, design, technology, and construction management services for a diverse array of markets and disciplines.
