Help the team continue to develop and manage our highest impact programs to accelerate our mission of powering prosperity around the world.What you will be doing:Defining & implementing the frameworks for program practicesAccelerating business and technical outcomesEffectively predicting program performanceConsidered a thought leader within the program management job family, participating in the improvement of the Program Management craftCoaching and mentoring other program managers on fundamentalsDriving areas for high quality improvement and work with stakeholders to implementPreparing and driving program roadmaps, involving multiple contributing portfolios and business units.What you will need to exhibit:Boundaryless Leadership – building trust and facilitating escalations on process and change on a program across portfolios and business units while driving clear communication on strategy, plans, status, risks and issues to stakeholders.Technical Acumen – show the ability to drive discussions with technical experts and understand the technical approach and decisions and communicate to stakeholders with clarity. Facilitating problem solving for risks or issues and drive mitigation, communication and resolution Understanding the long term technical strategy of the business unit and identify mis-alignment at the program levelStrategically Focused – tying the business unit, portfolio and program strategy together and help teams understand how the program fits into the overall strategy. Demonstrating end-to-end thinking: Bring all of the critical pieces together – strategy, business goals, design, execution, technology, and customer needsAgility – breaking down and organizing the program into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned. Adjusting the plan and adapt to changes and pivots as needed to ensure continuous speedy delivery against business outcomes. Recommending decisions and providing options considered, data and principles behind the decision making process.Strong Program Management leadership experience, including at least 8 years leading medium to large sized technology focused programs, or multiple smaller programsDemonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, ability to influence at director and VP levelDemonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across portfolios and business units in delivering the best outcome of programsStrong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with developingB.S. in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experienceCSM, agile training and agile experience preferred
