You will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the quality team and management systems for our Windsor Manufacturing facility. You are a strong people manager with an eye for the best structure for quality systems, and can effectively partner with many departments and functions.Your role will involve:Building and maintaining processes for quality Key Performance Indicators and communicating them effectively across the organizationManaging the Quality Engineering, shop floor Quality Control and Order Review teamsAnalyzing various forms of quality data to generate conclusions and recommendations for the operating organization, driving constant improvements in product qualityManaging incoming material quality management processesInteracting with product development and product marketing teams to define quality requirements and specifications for new products and new production methodsProviding in-depth communication with Customer Service Management Team to clarify customer feedback and concerns, driving specific actions in the manufacturing facilityCreating and implementing standard procedures and systematic approaches for Quality Management across the facilityCoordinating actions and procedures with other Vistaprint manufacturing facilitiesIn return you will bring:B.S. Degree in Engineering or technical degree in a related field preferredMinimum 10 years’ experience managing in a world-class manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 years working in QualityCQE Certification preferredBlack Belt Certification considered a definite assetVery strong people management and motivational skillsLead culture change from productivity driven to quality drivenProject Management, knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, DOE, Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing, ergonomic manual assembly workstation design, process flow, material handling, assembly fixture designA passion for excellence in people, processes and analytics.
