Senior Business Analyst About the Opportunity Interact professionally with a diverse Finance and Accounting group Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands Evaluate continuous user requests, establishing and shifting priorities based on numerous considerations, and demands – relating to ERP and other enterprise applications Investigate and evaluate technology solutions and processes and make recommendations that maximize time, efficiency and cost Collaborates with various departments to research, design, document, and modify solution specifications throughout the production life cycle (ERP, CRM, BI/reporting, etc) Articulates and documents business requirements Participate in all systems life cycle and project management activities across a matrix environment. Maintain familiarity with other technology platforms Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walkthroughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions Support project management effort. Develop project plans, test plans, and test scripts Obtains vital input from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies About You Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or related field Five years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong understanding of the SDLC process/stages Participated in at least one ERP implementation Strong understanding of enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, BI/reporting, etc Strong understanding of finance/accounting principles and processes – GL, AR, AP, etc Understanding of relational databases.
