As the Specialist, Innovation & Portfolio – Coffeemakers, you will be responsible for managing and executing flawlessly key innovation projects for the Keurig brand. You will also be accountable for managing the coffeemaker portfolio and making recommendations based on a clear understanding of consumer needs and insights to lead to unique and ownable solutions. You will also have a link with US business unit appliance team to the CBU representative on the Appliance Leadership Team, gaining full understanding of winning product portfolio, ensuring Canadian relevance and ensuring successful Canadian launches. This function plays a key role in ensuring Keurig Canada remains a market leader by delivering consumercentric innovation solutions. The incumbent will report into the Manager, Innovation & Portfolio. Responsibilities : Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensuring that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage all project issues of cost, quality, delivery and supplier management with the support from other functional teams. Take the lead on delegated projects from project creation to end of product life Collaborate with the US teams to ensure strategic alignment; Lead and manage cross functional team involving Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales in order to drive projects and achieve all deliverables and integral performance, for coffeemakers. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in marketing; Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, brand marketing or other related field; Project management certification is an asset. Competencies : Strong leadership, negotiation and collaboration skills, ability to manage relationships amongst internal and external stakeholders. Experience in leading projects Bilingualism (written and spoken); Selfmotivated and detail oriented; Good communication and presentation skills; Proven ability to resolve complex issues through understanding and driving against the right priorities. Strong analytical skill; Ability to perform in a multifunctional team; Able to work in a constantlychanging and fastmoving work environment.
