You carry the Chef’s leadership direction to the kitchen team. You drive food quality, maintain a clean, physical plant, inspire and maintain high team morale and a standard of 100% Guest satisfaction.You are responsible for working with your Chef to build your team through hiring for hospitality, and coaching for success in support of people goals set out by your Chef for your line team. Partnered with your location’s Leadership team, you are fully accountable for all systems, people and standards within the restaurant.You show your ”Foodie Pride” every day – passion in executing existing items, and excitement about bringing new and inspired seasonal food to life in your restaurant.Supporting your Chef and developing your team is a direct link to your development and growth to become a Chef with us!Responsibilities include:Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards of Milestones established food quality and plating specifications.Ambassador of the Perfect Guest Experience.
