DigitalHub is looking for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for building out the digital experience and managing the solution architecture for the business solution. Reporting to the Director Business & Systems Architecture, the successful candidates will provide technology leadership and innovation; constantly looking for ways to improve. The Architect will work with the DigitalHub Business Solution Architecture team, with the business solution architecture teams from the business units, and with business leaders to develop roadmaps. This role will define and maintain architecture artifacts for supporting BU project delivery and app support. Accountabilities:Manage the design and usage of the various solutions to serve and balance the needs of all the tenants of the solution (Customer, Plan Sponsor, Advisor, Employee).Activities would include:Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical models and artifacts for large complex operational systems employing deep system integration and SOA architectures.Interpret and deliver plans that specify strategy and improve integration, quality and delivery in support of business systems initiatives and roadmaps to achieve results.Contribute to analysis, solution design, development and implementation.Understand technical constraints from legacy systems and how to enable innovation in this environmentResearch and recommend opportunities to extend usage of existing technology stackResearch and recommend opportunities to use vendor partners to fill gaps in capabilitiesDevelop best practices on usage, assisting with capacity planning, and ensure adherence to licensing of productsCollaborate with data governance, LOB, and technology teams to implement such solutionsTrack Solution Health and Technology Debt for inclusion in future initiativesQualifications and Competencies:University education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degreeProven experience in solution, data and information architectureAn understanding of multiple technologies from list: Identity Mgmt, SAP Hybris (eCommerce), Adobe AEM (Content), Salesforce (Sales/Service/Communities/Lightning), Angular/React/Vue (UI), JAVA/J2EE/Spring, and CI/CD (DevOps)Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to arrange complex material effectively. Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and with comfort in ambiguity.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve win win outcomes.
