Apply now for your exceptional career opportunity!Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Administrator will be responsible for performing a wide range of entry to mid-level administration activities that serve to support the respective job site. Duties/Responsibilities:Administrative duties to support the Site Office Staff with any site-related administrative needs.Assemble and report data. Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.A wide variety of photocopying and tracking of documents.Tracking and following up with outstanding items.Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.Manage Site Office supplies, phone and office equipment services.Maintain the office filling system (electronic and hard copy).Otherduties and responsibilities as required.Skills & Knowledge:Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.Qualifications & Experience:Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize job responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.Time management skills and ability to multitask.Attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships with management and co-workers.Willingness to learn; perseverance through high pressure situations.Excellent customer service skills; adept at servicing multiple companies and demands.Exposure or understanding of principles of lean thinking.Experience with coaching teams in collaborative planning.Experience with continues improvement.
