Job Description
The Technical Sourcer & Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing and owning day-to-day recruitment (95%) and performing other HR functions (5%) of our growing, exciting, and extremely fun office! You will implement policies, programs, practices and be responsible for ALL recruiting activity for our busy, growing and ambitious engineering R&D team! The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self–starter with articulate communication, great organizational skills, a keen eye for details and a passion for supporting and enabling healthy and consistent organizational growth.

General Recruitment and HR Responsibilities:•Main point of contact and liaison focused on communication of internal hiring/needs with external resources/needs
•Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR team and assist with providing a range of HR services
•Assist with administration work related to scheduling phone/challenge interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite meetings and candidate pipeline/process
•Owning our employee brand and managing the applicant communication process
•Complete weekly responsibilities around candidate tracking, metrics, SLA’s, etc.,
•Help to prepare new hire packages and benefit packages(when required)
•Help to organize monthly company team building exercises and company events
•Maintain the clean and orderly files to ensure that all records are up-to-date
•Process all associate changes in the HRIS to ensure that the associate data is current
•Assist with facilitating and coordinating mandatory training
•Perform all other duties as assigned
Must Have Skills:
•Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
•Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
•Experience with a Recruitment and HRIS is considered an asset
•Proficient in MS Office
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Highly developed organizational, administrative and time management skills
•Superior communication skills
•Ability to deal with associates sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times
•Candidate should be friendly, approachable, and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
•Able to work independently and be resourceful
•A high degree of professional integrity, ethics and confidentiality
