This is an exciting opportunity to join BMO Financial Group’s Organizational Effectiveness team. This role is joining the team accountable for developing, implementing and sustaining job & position management processes and governance for the bank. Breaks down problems; analyses data and information to develop insights, answer business questions and provide actionable recommendations Provides recommendations for the continuous improvement and participates in the planning and implementation of new initiatives as assigned Develops and maintain effective internal/external stakeholder relationships; acts as liaison between stakeholders and business/group in order to align agendas and ensure a clear mutual understanding of the business context. Ensures internal guidelines and controls are in place in order to support management decision-making Applies expertise to multiple, complex problems Interacts with senior leaders and colleagues across multiple businesses/groups Leads or participates in change management activities of varying scope and type to help enable change Follows corporate policies, operating directives, laws and regulatory requirements Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to manage costs and increase effectiveness Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations with a consistent high quality of work This is an exciting opportunity to join BMO Financial Group’s Organizational Effectiveness team.
