The Senior Compensation and Planning Analyst is responsible for leading, managing and executing the complex processes and analysis that deliver accurate and timely sales and product marketing targets. This Senior Analyst position is also accountable for vital input to our financial planning process including Sales/PM compensation accruals/payments and Customer Rebate Contract accruals/payments.This role is responsible for providing critical financial review of current compensation plans relative to company performance and strategic corporate objectives. Initiatives to review current compensation plans and to develop and launch new plans will be led by the Senior Compensation and Planning Analyst.The incumbent will be a seasoned, well-organized, skilled analyst who is experienced in dealing with many disparate systems, processes and responsibilities. The incumbent must be a self-starter who can manage work priorities and schedules independently. As a Senior member of the Business Operations team, assignments will also include mid-high complexity projects that the incumbent will manage and lead with a high degree of autonomy. The Senior Compensation and Planning analyst will have frequent interaction and communication with senior levels of management (VPs and above).This is a 6-month Contract positionA key responsibility for this role will also be the identification ofProfit/OI opportunities/leaks and driving the activities that are required tocollect these dollars to the bottom line.ales Compensation Management Administering, tracking and communicating Sales/PM Compensation programs and results.
