As a member of our rapidly growing Consumer Insights Research practice, you will have direct influence on our future growth and success by managing existing strategic client engagements including proposals, research design, analysis, recommendations and presenting results. As an accomplished and respected research and industry consultant with proven experience in using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to address critical business objectives, you will have a reputation for impeccable client management, creativity, attention to detail and strategic insight in the delivery of research results and consultative recommendations – in short, providing proactive, creative, and enthusiastic service that wows your clients.Responsibilities:Lead multiple moderate to complex research engagements, serving as key client contact and proactively investigating client needs, communicating study progress, and resolving any issuesInitiate strategic and creative delivery of research design, analysis and reportingUnderstand the appropriate use of advanced analytics, sampling and weightingConduct client presentations, workshops and data discussions to ensure project successEnsure hands-on quality control throughout the entire project process, including effective financial management so that projects/accounts are profitableAbility to write enticing proposals to win, retain and grow accountsExperience with wide range of research methodologies and techniquesExperience:4+ years related work experience in marketing research with a minimum of 2years’ experience on the supplier sideAbility to design studies, write questionnaires and plan/ create insightful and actionable reportsBA/BS requiredExperience working with a variety of online research methodsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to coordinate other research and operations staff and delegate completion of individual tasksProven track record of managing all aspects of quantitative research project workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Will need an appreciation of computer systems and a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Past experience with community panel management and online qualitative research a plusPrevious experience working with CPG, Retail, and/or QSR/Full-service restaurant clients an assetExperience with qualitative research techniques and/or in-person and online moderation is also an assetWhat’s in it for you?
