As a member of the Canadian Industrial Services and Support leadership team, the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Systems will have oversight, technical thought leadership and accountability of all Manufacturing Systems (MS) for the brewery and distribution functions within the Canadian supply chain. The Sr. Manager, MS is the national subject matter expert for all MS-related components and manages a team that is responsible for supporting major capital projects and has accountability in the capital SRP/LRP process. This role requires that the successful candidate lead through influence and leverage their team of technical resources to effectively manage direct/indirect reports at both a national and local brewery/distribution level.The Responsibilities:Full accountability for the engineering, management and execution support of ”One-way” Manufacturing Systems on capital projects.Full accountability and ownership of the short term/long term strategic technology roadmap.Ownership of the supply chain”s manufacturing systems run performance and support. This includes performance monitoring, supporting/troubleshooting, change management and system maintenance/patching.Responsible for the effective management of a team of national MS engineers and technical specialists.
