Then you”ve got what it takes to succeed at Samsung.Sr. Manager, E-Commerce RetailThe Sr. Manager, E-Commerce will be responsible for site operations, production, customer acquisition and retention, digital visual merchandising, marketing programs, affiliate programs and brand maintenance across all divisions for as well as content syndication, review syndication, forecasting and market intelligence. The position will collaborate closely with the Divisional leads, GBMs, Marketing and external operational partners and agencies (consulting, agency, retail and marketing) to execute existing and develop new online initiatives and opportunities designed to meet and exceed the needs of the truly omnichannel consumer. Accountable for the portfolio of accounts and all ecommerce digital marketing activities to develop business through our eSIS program.Develop and execute strategies to drive rapid, above-market, profitable growth in our third party retailer e-commerce channel, while achieving sales and margin objectives Provide strategic leadership and work with direct reports and cross functional areas, to manage day-to-day execution across key functions including online merchandising, retailer ecomm CRM, and vendor management, as needed. Collaborate with the Account teams to leverage digital capabilities to help grow brand awareness and sales in wholesale and brick-and-mortar retail channels.Lead team to select online assortments and manage a promotional cadence that satisfies consumer expectations and achieves financial objectives for SECA and retailer.Effectively represent the brand in all digital channels through high-quality, “brand right” content, creative assets, and copywriting.Manage external technology and business partners; ensure they meet performance and cost objectives.Prepare annual plan, budgets, provide ongoing results analysis and forecasting, and drive prioritization of investments through quantitative business justification.Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing/ecommerce team that forges strong cross-functional relationships.8+ years’ experience in digital Marketing or related field preferably with a national vertical retailerSuperior qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities, with an outstanding body of work demonstrating high quality, innovative deliverables and an exceptional understanding of consumer behavior.Minimum of 5+ years working within a retail environment identifying marketing initiatives where success is measured, through positive sales growth and customer satisfaction.5+ years of experience working with CRM data tools and research methodology.5+ years of experience working within an eCommerce-enabled website environment, developing campaigns and strategies to drive both traffic and profitably acquire new customers (SEM, SEO, affiliate, display ads, retargeting, content marketing, experience with user generated content and networks, etc)Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities for a team of managers and individual contributors.Demonstrated ability to manage the creative and messaging process.Highly developed communication & relationship skillsStrategic thinking combined with strict attention to tactical details and execution.A keen knowledge of innovative direct marketing techniques and approaches using industry best practices, including critical channels like social media and mobile.Fluent in web tools, including Omniture Site CatalystKnowledge of Social Media tools, such as Sprinkler, Simply Measured and TopsyProKnowledge of Multivariate Testing platforms, such as OptimizelyExcellent written and verbal communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred)Samsung is an equal employment opportunity employer.Samsung has an accommodation process in place and provides accommodations for job applicants with disabilities as appropriate.
