The Senior Business Analyst will ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The successful candidate will coordinate with other key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the Flexit360 client implementation milestones are successfully delivered. Here’s how Coordinate with clients and key stakeholders: insurance carriers, payroll/Human Resources Information System (HRIS) providers, and consultants, to clarify and document specific scope and requirements of new Flexit360 implementations Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term project milestones and deliverables Build and support comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as key stakeholders identified with each unique implementation Configure, build and test client’s Flexit360 system based on unique requirements, implement, train and support client through to go live Use and continually develop leadership skills Maintain client confidentiality and preserve integrity of company records and documents You’re the missing piece of the puzzle 5+ years of experience and understanding of Group Benefit Plans: traditional, modular and cafeteria Flex plans Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and/or Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation would be extremely valuable Proficient in multiple business software programs including Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Problem solving and ability to escalate Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL) and advanced MS Excel skills: macros, pivot tables etc Strong communication, oral and written, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and time management skills Ability and willingness to lead, coach and develop junior team members Who is TELUS?
