This role is accountable for the co-ordination, preparation, review and delivery of high quality, accurate management & financial reports for T&O. Accountabilities Management Reporting Prepare and co-ordinate the monthly and quarterly management reporting documents and ensuring impactful and concise messaging and effective presentation as well as consistency through the various management reports, Develop/sustain and improve monthly, quarterly and annual processes for reporting, including ensuring integrity and quality of information; identify opportunities for continuous improvement in management reporting and in the report production process Prepare ad hoc reports and management presentations for executive level review Productivity Reporting Lead the activities that support productivity tracking and reporting, including organizing and co-ordinating the monthly updates of the tracker, collecting and consolidating division trackers, validating and generating reports for the various audiences ( T&O, OSM, Management Committee) Responsible to modify the tracker and its reporting capabilities to meet evolving requirements. Business Support Develop and maintain effective relationships with LOB and other areas in BMO Financial Group Provide support and advise to business units to ensure goals and strategies are understood to drive performance management reporting Month End Reporting / Planning & Forecasting Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial close & reporting processes. Support monthly financial outlook and quarterly forecasting processes. Governance & Control Provide operational and organizational support to the Financial Reporting processes within T&O ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and IFRS.
