Your mission
Reporting to the District Manager, you will be mainly responsible for estimating and selling fire sprinkler system contracts.
Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:
Meet with clients to identify their needs in terms of fire protection/sprinkler systems;
Prepare work estimates and follow-up on quotations for projects;
Attract new clients and acquire new business;
Determine cost breakdowns for all phases of the project, if necessary;
Prepare and monitor a work calendar, if necessary;
Assign all necessary resources to complete the project;
Evaluate contract’s additional costs, if necessary;
Participate in construction site meetings, when necessary;
Work closely with design and labour departments, perform related administrative tasks and offer them technical support, if necessary.

Working within a team of fire protection professionals, your work will help the company to adequately meet his clients’ expectations and ensure the profitability of the branch.
Requirements
College degree in fire protection or building mechanics;
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position OR 5 years of fire protection system design experience;
Experience with all water fire suppression systems, foam agent and gas agent systems and Industrial Quality Control procedures (an asset);
Proficiency in standards and codes governing the design and installation of fire sprinkler systems;
Valid driver’s licence;
Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Windows software;
Strong customer service skills.
